General Inquiry

  1. Log in here, or on the BAZOOF!™ homepage in the top menu, click on Digi-Mag > Customer Care > Log In
  2. Enter your Username or Email Address and Password. If you’ve not yet created a password OR have forgotten it, please click below on Lost Your Password? An email will be sent to set OR reset your password. Save it in a secure place, then log in.
  3. You’ll now see your MY ACCOUNT dashboard.
  4. To VIEW your magazines click on DOWNLOADS in the far left menu. Then click on the PURPLE box of the digi-mag you’d like to view.
  5. To DOWNLOAD your magazines as a PDF, first follow STEP 4. Then mouse in the black right area below the digi-mag (on a PC), and a menu will appear giving you a DOWNLOAD PDF option.
  6. REMEMBER: Click on the BACK arrow to return to your account dashboard or you’ll log out.
  7. Any problems, contact us.

After you’ve placed your order, you’ll be emailed instant access to your single copy by clicking the DOWNLOAD link.

Readers with a 1-year subscription get unlimited access to the four most recent issues of BAZOOF!™ Digi-Mag. This means you can immediately read the four most recent issues while gaining access to the four new issues as they are released. Same with those subscribers receiving a 2-year subscription having access to the eight most recent issues. Digi-mags are published quarterly. See the Publication Schedule here.

Once in you a digi-mag open, you’ll see a DOWNLOAD link in the bottom right menu. Note, for those publications with animation and sound, these elements will not be available as a PDF file.

BAZOOF!™ Digi-Mag includes multimedia content such as page jumps, external links for further reading, slideshows, videos, and an occasional podcast from Gareth the Duck-Billed Platypus!

  1. On the BAZOOF!™ homepage in the top menu, click on Digi-Mag > Customer Care > Log In or log in here.
  2. Enter your Account Number and Zip/Postal Code.
  3. Once in your account, you can click on the CHANGE link and update your information.

Close to the expiry date of your subscription, you’ll be emailed a link to renew.

  1. Otherwise, on the BAZOOF!™ homepage in the top menu, click on Digi-Mag > Customer Care > Log In or log in here.
  2. Enter your Username or Email Address and Password.
  3. Once in your account, you’ll see the option to renew your subscription.

  3. Once in your account, you’ll see the date when your subscription expires.
